Terms and Conditions

In this agreement the following terms shall have the meaning defined here:

“iSaved Cashback UK” means the service detailed in paragraph 1 below.
“you” “your” and “yours” means yourself, the user of the application.
“we” “us” and “our” means UK Net Media Limited trading as iSaved Cashback UK.

  1. iSaved Cashback UK is an online service available through the website www.facebook.com and is provided by UK Net Media Limited whose registered address is at UK Net Media Limited, 3 Plodder Lane, Farnworth, Bolton, BL4 0BZ, company registration number 06051112.

  2. When you make a transaction on an iSaved Cashback UK partner retailer’s website you are entitled to a cashback on the eligible product/products that you purchase.  This cashback is applied to your account within a 24 hours of the transaction occurring on the retailer’s website. 

  3. To ensure that the cashback is tracked in your account you must visit the retailer through the iSaved Cashback UK Facebook Application by navigating to the chosen retailer, then click on the ‘Shop Now’ button.  Clicking on the ‘Shop Now’ button should ensure that your cashback is tracked to your account.

  4. iSaved Cashback UK works with 3rd party networks to ensure that your cashback is tracked to your account.  iSaved Cashback UK are paid a commission on any transactions that you generate and we share a large percentage of that commission with you.  To ensure that the cashback is tracked in your account you must visit the retailer through the iSaved Cashback UK Facebook Application by navigating to the chosen retailer, then click on the ‘Shop Now’ button.  Clicking on the ‘Shop Now’ button should ensure that your cashback is tracked to your account. 

  5. The cashback should report in your account within 15 minutes of you making the transaction.  The transaction will remain as a pending status until we are instructed to either approve or decline it by the retailer.  Once approved you are eligible to receive the cashback payment subject to the payment terms in these terms and conditions. 

  6. If you think a cashback has been incorrectly declined you may dispute the cashback by contacting us on the contact page in your account.  We will then query the cashback with the retailer and get a final decision on whether to approve the cashback to you or not.  If after this the retailer still does not wish to pay the cashback then that decision is final.

  7. If a cashback remains pending for over 120 days you may query the transaction with us on the ‘Contact Page’.  We will not query any pending cashbacks that are less than 120 days old.

  8. Unless stated on the retailer’s iSaved Cashback UK page the calculation of cashback is based upon the amount excluding any delivery charges or the VAT part of the transaction amount.

  9. iSaved Cashback UK will make every effort to ensure that the cashback is tracked to your account accurately, however we are not responsible for tracking, reporting errors or failed tracking or reporting of cashbacks. 

  10. If a cashback does not report within 24 hours of you placing the transaction we will query the cashback on your behalf with the retailer.  If the retailer does not wish to pay the cashback then that decision is final.

  11. All transactions are with the individual retailer and not with iSaved Cashback UK.  iSaved Cashback UK are not responsible or have no obligation for the transaction.

  12. The failure of you to follow any retailer instructions on the retailer’s iSaved Cashback UK may result in you not being awarded a cashback because of this you will have no entitlement to the cashback.

  13. You are not entitled to a cashback if we do not receive the whole commission due from the retailer.

  14. In accordance with these terms & conditions we are responsible for looking after your details, your account and the reporting of cashbacks.  We may adjust the balance of your account if we are instructed by the retailer to do so.  This may be for a reason including but not limited to the transaction not completing, the transaction being refunded, transaction being declined, transaction being duplicated, transaction being fraudulent and/or a mistake or data processing error.

  15. If you decide to remove the iSaved Cashback Application from your Facebook user profile and you do not re-join the application within 30 days we reserve the right to not pay any cashbacks to you that are approved or may be approved in the future.

  16. To receive a cashback payment you must have registered your personal details on the ‘My Account’ page.  You must submit all information requested on the ‘My Account’ page.
     
  17. Your details are stored on our system and can be changed on the ‘My Account’ page.  Your details are not held or stored by Facebook in any way.  Making changes to your Facebook user details will not update or change your records with iSaved Cashback UK.

  18. You are only entitled to have one iSaved Cashback Account which is linked to your Facebook user profile.  If you have more than one Facebook user profile you are still only allowed to have one membership of iSaved Cashback UK.  We reserve the right to close one or more of your accounts if you are found to have more than one membership.  If this is the case then any outstanding cashbacks on the account to be closed will be paid to you subject to the payment terms in these terms and conditions.

  19. Your account and the cashbacks within the account can not be passed to another user or be merged with another user’s account.

  20. If your account is in-active for a period longer than 180 days we reserve the right to close your account.  Any commission currently outstanding will be paid to you subject to the payment terms in these terms and conditions.  We define an in-active account as an account where no cashback transactions have been generated.

  21. If we suspect your account of generating fraudulent transactions your account may be frozen or suspended without notice.

  22. The click-through to the retailer before any transaction that you generate must have originated from the iSaved Cashback UK Facebook Application.  We reserve the right to not pay cashback to you on any transactions where this is not the case.

  23. You are not allowed to misuse any click-through links through to retailers by reproducing them in any way including but not limited to reproduction on web pages, emails or printed material.

  24. If you wish to be paid you need to request a payment.  You can only request a payment if you have a balance of over £25 of approved cashback.  We will then process the payment at the beginning of the following month.

  25. Cheques for approved cashbacks are sent to the address registered in your account at the time of processing the payment. 

  26. When payment is processed and the cheque is raised the approved cashback balance on your account will be reduced by the total amount of the cheque.  Your cheque should then be posted to you within the first seven days of the following month. 

  27. If a cheque is not received within one calendar then you can request a cheque to be re-issued.  The cheque not received by you will cancelled by us.  Cheques not received within one calendar month must be reported to iSaved Cashback UK within 7 days of that calendar months end for re-issue.  After this period we reserve the right to not re-issue the cheque. 

  28. We reserve the right to void any cheques not presented for payment within the calendar month of the cheque’s issue.  We may decide to re-issue the cheque and if so we reserve the right to charge an administration fee of £10 to cover the cost of cancelling, re-issuing and posting a cheque to you.  If so this charge will be subtracted from the cheque amount.

  29. If a cashback has been paid to you and is later declined or cancelled by the retailer we reserve the right to debit the value of that cashback from your approved account balance.

  30. We are entitled to amend these terms and conditions from time to time.  If we do so we will notify you of any change following which your continued use of this cashback service will be subject to the new terms and conditions.

  31. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the UK and are subject to the sole jurisdiction of the English courts.
